  2. Couples receive a discount and are processed under one income threshold and therefore each person receives a higher refund.
  3. Every December with your refund , you will receive a voucher for $200 to use towards the cost of any financial planning advice provided by our in-house financial planning service.
  4. We refund 60% of the commissions we collect back to you and retain 40% up to a maximum of $280 pa per couple and then refund 100% above this to you QUARTERLY.
    The most we retain is $280 pa per couple, not per person.

    5. So how much refund can I expect?

    What average commissions are paid?

    * Superannuation and Allocated Pensions……… .40% to .60% of your balance
    (Industry Super and Government Funds pay no commission)
    (Employer Super funds commission generally can’t be refunded)

    *Managed Fund Investments…………………….. .40% to .60% of your balance

    *Insurance Policies…………………………………. 11% to 32% of your annual premium
    (Income protection, Life, TPD, Trauma policies)

    We refund 60% of the first $700 pa of commission per couple and 100% above that to you.

    We refund it to you quarterly.
