NO ADVICE Commission or Fee Refund Service

Did you know you can be paying up to 0.6% trailing commission on Superannuation, Allocated Pensions, Managed Investments and Margin Loans & 10%-30% trailing commission on Income Protection, Disability Insurance, Death and TPD insurance. This can add up to hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

With our No Advice Service, we will refund it to you.

With our No Advice Service you only pay a small monthly fee of up to $25, which is deducted from your refunded fees, commissions and brokerage. Our No Advice Service refunds commission, sales fees and brokerage on:

Superannuation Funds	Managed Funds	Insurance Policies
Allocated Pensions	Margin Loans

Fixed Rate Financial Planning / Fee For Service Financial Planning

At Refund Easy, we also provide Fixed Rate / Fee for Service financial planning advice as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM (CFP^®) for: Superannuation Funds, SMSF, Allocated Pensions, Managed Investments, Insurance Policies & Margin Loans.

With our Fixed Rate Fee For Service Financial Planning Services we will refund any additional commission, sales fees and brokerage quarterly.

NO ADVICE Investment Lodgement Service

We understand it's all about choice, so we will lodge investments on your behalf with no entry fee on a no advice basis for: Superannuation Funds, SMSF, Allocated Pensions, Managed Investments & Margin Loans.

Trailing commissions are refunded less our low monthly fee of up to $25.

NO ADVICE Insurance Application Service

For a fee of $500 per application we will lodge your application with the life insurance company for: Life Insurance, TPD Insurance (Total & Permanent Disability Insurance), Income Protection Insurance, Trauma Insurance, Disability Insurance & Salary Continuance Insurance.

We will refund 100% of the commission received after the 12 month drawback period has expired.

Because we believe in the value of advice for clients we suggest the NO ADVICE SERVICE may not be appropriate for clients who currently use the services of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM (CFP^®) and are satisfied with the value of service they are receiving. For these people who value the advice from a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM (CFP^®) we also provide a Fixed Rate / Fee for Service Financial Planning Service.

Home Loan / Mortgage Commission Refund Service

As with Investments and Insurance, most Home Loan Products pay a trailing commission to Mortgage Brokers. This can be up to 0.25%.

So if you have a Home Loan of $400,000 you could be paying up to $1,000 per year trailing commission.

By establishing a new loan with our referral partners we will rebate 30% of the upfront commission to you.

The ongoing trailing commission paid to Refund Easy by the providers can be refunded via the Refund Easy Commission Refund service and use it to pay onto your home loan which will:

• reduce the balance of your home loan / mortgage
• reduce overall interest payable on your home loan / mortgage
• reduce the time to pay off your home loan / mortgage.
